How do we supply the quality parts?

1. When we receive your drawing or samples after NDA signed, we will analyze the process flow and evaluate whether our existed sources verified by our old customers could guarantee your quality requirement. We will also study  if the offering vendor has the potential capability to supply the parts within required time.
We always try to use the vendor minimum with ISO9000/QS9000 certification, most of them are TS16949 certified, and we will coordinate customer’s visiting and SQE auditing.

2. We will audit our vendors price, verify whether process flow is reasonable with cost breakdown sheet, and we will give our vendor advice to compete with international suppliers. In some cases, we can supply initial Process Flow or control plan together with price offer so that customer could understand all parties not misunderstand the specifications.

3. We have our own quality engineers to cruise in different vendors, we watch the inspection of batch production, and layout First Articles dimensions & characteristics, our operation would save customer a lot of time and traveling cost. As you see the picture, we have series ordinary gauges in our office to meet quite many inspection purposes. If we failed to check high precision characteristics by ourselves, we will take use of vendors’ equipment (such as CMM, Tool microscope, air gages etc) or by help of third lab for material chemical and mechanical performance testing.

4. We go to vendors site to random sample the parts, we record the inspection result and submit our report, attach pictures or movies to show the process, so customer could know the shipment results before container is shipped.

5. With our experience to work with first class supplier and good customer, we can help our new vendor to improve process flow, train their workers and stuffs, design special tooling, get correct PPAP documents, and we could supervise the process control at site for customers by much less labor cost. By this way, we result in customer to reduce cost and receiving quality parts.

6. Because we have shipped so many different parts, our experience in packing and logistic plan would also help customer to reduce cost. Some vendors could build warehouse in North American to meet JIT requirement.
